• To schedule, supervise and monitor supplier/ sub-con on their delivery & works.
• To do drafting for shop/combine/coordinated drawings and updating as-built drawing.
• To participate in meeting & discussion to settles issues.
• To do QS work for tendering & claim.

Requirements ;

• Experience on quantity taking off, costing & claims for all M&E trades and BIM drafting
• Diploma/Degree in M&E disciplines
• Certification in BIM
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Working hours – Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturday off

Location: MacPherson (5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Sales Team
• Handle sales enquiries, communicate and coordinate sales-related issues with customers and overseas offices
• Preparing quotations, reports and other sales-related document
• Sales order follow up and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business Management or related fields
• Possess work experience in pre-sales support or sales is a good bonus (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Independent, self-motivated, well organized, highly responsible and detail minded
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
• Strong multi-tasking ability and a good team player
