· Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

· Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors

· Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

· Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed

· Ensure smooth job operations

· Record workers working time, arrange and supervise worker during working hours

· Able to rectify and supervise works done on site

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial

· Able to read and write in simple English is a plus

· Having driving license is a plus

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

· Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills

· Can work well in a team

· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

· Can multitask, must help to do general work if required

· Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

· Ability to keep track of multiple projects

· Possess good work attitude

Safety: Ensuring safety regulations are enforced on-site, and that workers adhere to construction plans

Project management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and monitoring project progress

Workforce: Managing and scheduling workers and subcontractors, and evaluating their performance

Communication: Reporting updates to upper management

Work environment: Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment

Quality: Ensuring quality standards are met

Materials: Procuring construction materials at the right time, and inspecting delivered materials

Timelines: Ensuring projects are completed on time
