• · Keep work area clean and safe.
• · Keep handling utensils, equipment and dishes clean.
• · Check quality and freshness of ingredients.
• · Accommodate customers’ special requests, where possible.
• · Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens etc.
• · Oversee kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Responsible and diligent.
• Able to work well under pressure.
