· Will be instrumental to penetrate into BLS, take the lead in tendering all the way to securing a win.

· After winning, lead the project as a sponsor to ensure project delivery are all in proper and continue to pursue new opportunity in the market space

· Total work experience: 15+ years of independent project management of comparable magnitude and complexity

· Knowledge of project management best practice

· Knowledge of GMP requirements including validation and Testing & Commissiong

· Knowledge of engineering, design and construction concepts and procedures for Big scale Biopharma Life Science project
