What will I be doing?

The Sales Supervisor represents the brand in the community, ensures that the highest standards of service excellence are followed, and that all business objectives are exceeded while upholding our cultural ethos.

• Solicits feedback from internal/external customers and creates action plans to change negative behaviors or enhance positive behaviors.

• Ensure consistent presentation standards are met, through partnership, planning, and execution.

• Invests in team and self to ensure a true passion and respect for the brand is constant.

Business Objectives

• Proactively assess and report business opportunities (profile and content) to management.

• Duties and obligations and comply with such orders as may be designated by the Company and which are reasonably consistent with your job title.

Job Requirements:

· At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry

· Passionate with our brand and able to deliver high-standard service to our customers.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

· Able to stand long working hours.

Job Description

• Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
• Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
• Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
• Resolve all potential service failure issues.
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP on daily basis
• Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.
• Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
• Ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored appropriately.
• Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording.
• Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
• Backup manpower shortage

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, but we value practical experience as a valuable alternative that fosters growth and learning.
• At least 2 years of experience in casual dining or relevant experience in a similar concept.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Able to start working immediately.
• Singaporean Only
• 6 days Work Week
