Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules.
ā¢ Coordinate with project managers to identify resource requirements, constraints, understand staffing requirements for upcoming projects and assignments.
ā¢ Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient deployment.
ā¢ Coordinate the assignment of staff to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements
ā¢ Monitor and track staff deployments to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resources are effectively utilized.
ā¢ Communicate with staff regarding their deployment assignments, including location, duration, and responsibilities.
ā¢ Provide support to staff and managers regarding deployment-related issues and conflicts.
ā¢ Analyse and monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization
ā¢ Develop method to measure and ensure adequate staffing levels and skills
ā¢ Develop and implement strategies to improve resource allocation and utilization; Evaluate deployment processes and make recommendations for improvement.
ā¢ Prepare regular reports on resource allocation and utilization for management review.
ā¢ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance resource management practices
ā¢ Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure timely staffing of projects.
ā¢ Manage & maintain relationships with external vendors and staff
ā¢ Develop and maintain systems to track staff progress and performance.
ā¢ Collaborate with managers to develop individualised training development plans for each position.
ā¢ Coordinate with training and development team on training activities to support staff growth.
ā¢ Monitor staff engagement and satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to enhance staff morale and motivation.
ā¢ Collaborate with managers to address staff performance issues and implement corrective actions.
ā¢ Stay current on trends and best practices in staff development and performance management.
ā¢ Assist with day to day operations of the Resource Management functions and duties
ā¢ Administration of transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover, promotions etc.
ā¢ Collaborate with the Business Unitās Resource Team on the daily resource managementās operational duties
ā¢ Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners and integrate them into deployment plans.
ā¢ Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
ā¢ Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the systems.
ā¢ Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
ā¢ Prepare monthly reports and to Management
ā¢ Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower
ā¢ Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Requirements
ā¢ Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent with 1-3 years HR Business Partners Experience
ā¢ Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
ā¢ Familiarity with Excel and an interest in learning Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau
ā¢ Eagerness to engage with unstructured data to derive insights and contribute to solving business problems
ā¢ Willingness to develop presentation skills and effectively communicate with stakeholders
ā¢ Prepared to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment
ā¢ Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
ā¢ Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
