You will be part of the SingHealth Staff Wellness team responsible for developing and proliferating a system-wide culture and climate to promote overall staff wellbeing within SingHealth.

You will provide support in administering and managing the Joy at Work fund and other ad-hoc donors fund directed at staff wellbeing. Requirements

Reporting to the Head of Operations (Bar Admission and Examinations), the successful candidate will be a part of the Bar Admission and Examinations team. Main responsibilities will include:

The Contingent Workforce Management team is responsible for ByteDance's Policy formulation and system construction related to contingent workforce worldwide, providing comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contingent workforce management system development, including functions like recruitment, budget planning, onboarding and offboarding, billing, supplier performance management, data analysis dashboard, etc. Work with businesses to understand business requirements and engineering teams to design the system and manage the projects;
