Responsibilities:

• Experience across multiple operational disciplines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing environments.
• Proven record of managing and driving continuous process improvement.
• Experience with tier one ERP & PLM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Agile).
• Experience implementing ERP systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work with US counterparts and frequent communication with cross-functional teams in the US and Singapore.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis, and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
