This is a part-time hybrid role as a Social Media Marketing Intern at ELTWINE in Singapore with the flexibility for some remote work. The day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, analyzing metrics, and assisting with social media campaigns.

Primary working location: Woods Square (Woodlands)

Responsibilities:

• Manage TIKTOK LIVE pre & post operations
• Comfortable to go on-screen & participate in livestreams / social media content filming
• Manage and execute video production for marketing purposes.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging fashion trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Deliver content including Reels & Tiktok Videos
• Unpack and sort incoming inventory
• Arrange & manage physical inventory
• Assist in photoshoots
• Maintain studio cleaniness
• Assist walk-in customers

Job Summary:

We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development in the precision machining sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of precision machining processes, materials, and applications and will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, generating reports, and collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer shipments. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as you may be required to assist in various areas as assigned by your superior.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in the precision machining industry.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

- Understand and communicate the technical aspects of precision machining processes and capabilities.

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications and applications.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the ERP system.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with sales background or related discipline

- Experience in the precision machining or manufacturing industry.

- Strong technical background and understanding of precision machining processes and materials.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Basic Salary SGD3,000 to SGD 5,000

- Working Hours:

o (8:30am to 6pm- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday)

o (8:30am to 12:30pm Saturday -only one sat to work for every 5 weeks)

• Responsible for the General Affairs Matters for site office
• Facilities Maintenance of Client & Contractors’ Temporary Office Buildings including site provisional offices
• Office consumables/material purchasing
• Company vehicle control & operation
• Support for HR Operations including but not limited to dormitory control, welfare, training of workers, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Business administration/ Human resource
• At least 15 years of similar experience in a construction site office environment is mandatory
• Work-related involvement in the procurement and logistics site processes
• Proficient in SAP/ERP system for accounts petty cash, invoice payment/settlement and budget
• Supervise workers for office maintenance works and drivers for carpooling
• Perform negotiation with suppliers for materials and supplies
• Experience in management of workers’ accommodation/dormitory and their welfare
• Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors for rental of staff accommodations, repair and maintenance
• Ability to converse in workers’ language (Bengali/Hindi) is highly preferred as this role requires to communicate with foreign workers frequently
