Purpose of Role

▪ The Senior Executive for Volunteer Management of the Resource Development Department is an essential position to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the department.

▪ The incumbent is the administrator taking charge of administrative tasks as well as the custodian of data and information.

▪ He/ she also represents the organisation as the main liaison to co-ordinate volunteer sessions for corporate companies/ partners with the organisation’s Programmes Department.

▪ From time to time, he/ she will be required to assist in complex events organising and expected to carry out ad hoc tasks relevant to the department, and maybe outside of official hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep track of all donation platforms including access identifications and passwords.
• Ensure all data entry are up to date on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for ease of exporting figures when needed.
• Filing and organising both digital and printed documents.
• First point of contact for donors and volunteers.
• Co-ordinate corporate volunteers’ requests, from start to finish mainly as follows:

1. respond to enquiries on volunteer sessions available with on-going programmes such as PHW (Project HomeWorks), URD (Unlitter Red Dot), and any other upcoming volunteer programmes.
2. communicate with Programmes Department colleagues to schedule and confirm volunteers’ sessions
3. data input of corporate information on CRM and update accordingly
4. arrange issuance of invoices and receipts
5. meet with volunteers before and after sessions whenever necessary and possible

7. send post session thank-you note

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates are expected to assist and support the Pilotage Services Department in the following:

• To administer daily roster for pilots which includes generating, adjusting, turnout additional manpower and maintaining manpower records.

Position

As an experienced IT Project Management Officer, you will be in charge of the PMO activities for IT Production Services, and will be part of the Project management services team.

The PMO is responsible for assisting and supporting the senior management of the department in their day to day activities. This primarily involves the follow up and drive transverse activities, sourcing and reporting (among others). He/She works closely with senior managers of the entity and interacts frequently with other stakeholders based in Singapore and other regions where required.

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

• Highly proficient with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel (pivot table), MS Project
