• Good stakeholder management and organisational skills, strong problem solving and follow up skills

• Experience in change management and / or compliance matters will be advantageous

• Attending to incident calls and service requests, providing IT level 1 on-site support and AV on-site support to teaching facilities (i.e. LT, SR and Labs), meeting rooms and Boardrooms in SIM premises that includes set up/set down, investigation, troubleshooting, rectification and documentation of issues and feedbacks.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Theatre and AV support that include operation readiness, event support and customer service.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to the campus Theatre and AV infrastructure and equipment to ensure best customer experience and good learning outcome for our students.
• Supervise, oversee and coordinate the repair and improvement work by external contractors, and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To provide support and carry out productions (e.g. Theatre, Grand hall, Recording Studio), Audio-Visual (AV), photography and videography services for both internal and external events.
• Support the Business Continuity Management plan to ensure business continuity on campus in any crises and emergencies.
• To support and facilitate the planned electrical installations and shutdown maintenance works.
