Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.

Duties of Technical Service Engineer:

• Provide after-sales technical support for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Offer technical guidance and consultation to customers.
• Address and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely solutions.
• Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum NiTEC in ELectrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 - 3 years experience in servicing Life Science Medical Devices
• Possess own transport

• Conduct pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT) for common single gene disorders and chromosomal abnormalities.

• Develop custom diagnostic assays for rare single gene disorders.

• Conduct PGT for Aneuploidy.

• Involve in the general administrative operation and services of the Centre, and R&D aspect.

• Participate in annual External Quality Assessment (EQA).

• To attend to telephone enquiries/calls and trace results when requested.

• To participate in service quality activities/program.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place
• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Occupational Safety Management (including fire & safety management)
• Experience in Private Housing/JTC will be advantageous.
