Job Mandate

· Assist the Head of Risk for the implementation of the risk management framework in the Branch and ensures alignment of the relevant risk management policies and guidelines with Head Office (HO).

· Assist the Head of Risk in the identification, measurement, quantification, control, and reporting of the major risks of the Branch, which include but are not limited to, credit, market and liquidity, and operational risks.

a) Ensures implementation of market and liquidity risk management policies, guidelines, and tools in the branch.

b) Conduct risk assessment of new products.

c) Ensures all market and liquidity risk exposures are within approved limits, and all excesses/deviations are flagged and reported in accordance with established policies/guidelines.

1. Operational Risk Management

a) Ensures implementation of operational risk management policies, guidelines, and tools in the branch.

b) Monitors the timely submission of an ensures the review of the Risk and Control Self-assessment (RCSA) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) of the Business Units (BU) and Support Units (SU).

c) Ensures the reporting of operational losses to HO – Operational Risk Management Unit and subsequent maintenance of the Loss Database.

d) In partnership with BCP Coordinator of the branch, conducts the testing and review of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and call tree exercise.

e) Ensures implementation of the information Security Framework in the Branch. Monitors the timely submission of information security-related activities by the BU/SU.

Job Requirement

• Possess a NITEC or Higher NITEC in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as Building Technician or in similar capacity;
• Possess technical knowledge of general building systems;
• Familiar with building maintenance practices and safety procedures, would be preferred;
• Is organized and have good interpersonal skills;

​Our client is a global leader in gateway services, who is seeking to recruit a Security Officer (Airport). This position is based in Singapore.

Security Officer (Airport)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing security services at the airport and key installation areas, such as safeguarding and protection of assets. Your role includes:

· Perform CCTV and Control Room monitoring duties.

· Undertake screening of baggage and personnel.

· Perform X-ray screening and access controls.

· Perform guarding and patrolling of installations.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

· Valid PLRD Security license (Must be licensed as a Security Officer (SO) and are already in possession of a valid SO ID cards)

· Proficient to communicate in English

· Normal colour vision

· Able to work on rotating shifts

· Able to take on assignments at various locations based on Company's discretion

- Handle daily operations in the Bowling Centre.

- Manage the cashier counter and administration work during operation hours.

- Provide excellent customer service to Club members, guests and the public.

- Ensure compliance with established games rules during bowling leagues and competitions.

- Update and maintain bowler's records and results, including handicaps, league results and competitions.

- Assist the supervisor in checking and maintaning stock, equipment and stationary levels for daily operations.

- Manage enquires, bookings for corporate event and submit monthly reports.
