Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. The RDSO is accountable for datacenter security operations service delivery, enhancing safety culture, driving innovation and process change across the program and staff engagement and development. The RDSO is expected to advance operational security and business relevancy while collaborating with the client, fellow RDSOs, Securitas business divisions, associate contractors, global business partners, and other supporting teams. This position reports directly to the Global Director of Operations.

Essential Functions

1. Strategically aligns a multi-disciplinary team into a singular, cohesive group; prioritized to meet the client’s data center security operations requirements.
2. Anticipates, develops, drives, and operationalizes the business’ most strategic priorities to meet service requirements, exceed quality targets and optimize field security operations effectiveness.
3. Acts as a trusted advisor to the Global Director of Operations and Client directors while also facilitating a healthy rhythm of team and business operations forums.
4. Proactively manages the region’s multi-disciplinary team to effectively execute and communicate (inward and outward) the security operations scope, strategic goals and deliverables.
5. Create strong internal and external networks, ensuring alignment between the regional operations teams, the shared services platform, and the Client.
6. Nurture Client relationships and internal relationships across all pillars.
7. Ensures the multi-disciplinary regional team is functioning effectively and efficiently, with security operation non- negotiables, process enhancement and scalability at the forefront of decision-making.
8. Holds team members accountable for their commitments, removes roadblocks to their work, and leverages organizational resources to improve delivery.
9. Provides regular reports that communicate team performance, project delivery, progress to milestones, and impacts to service delivery, meeting required client SLAs and KPIs.
10. Acts as the Datacenter subject matter expert on Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); evaluates effectiveness and adherence to the Operations SOP and provides recommendations for improvement.
11. Actively seeks and creates opportunities for collaboration across customers, partners, and internal groups to drive long- term solutions.
12. Leads program-wide projects and initiatives that encourage process improvement and innovation and the use of tools that support the program across teams.
13. Drives an effective and holistic approach to project completion and consistent communication and messaging.
14. Facilitates teamutilization of data analytics; leads development and execution of strategic, analytical frameworks and high- quality complex models and forecasts to guide operational decisions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join our luxury hotel resort team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all property engineering and maintenance operations. SPECIFIC SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Direct line management and leadership of a team of Healthcare Operations Manager to ensure all staff are appropriately developed and managed in a timely way. Set clear standards, plans and targets for the Healthcare Operations Executive to monitor their performance through regular supervision and identifying training needs as appropriate.

· To ensure a professional, customer and client focused service is consistently delivered by the operations teams.

· Regular review (min 6 monthly) of each of the operations platforms staffing models to ensure they best strategically support caseload. Under the guidance of the MD's and RMD, adjust staffing models to support case and quality standards. These activities will be undertaken to ensure regular review of headcount against case activity, contractual needs, business growth and staff attrition.

· Working together with the respective General Managers and HR business partners ensure appropriate line management support is in place for annual leave, illness concerns, performance management and professional development as well as providing recommendations for headcount based on these parameters.

STAFF SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT

· Key accountability for ensuring that respective teams are given sufficient support to enable them to actively focus on their personal and professional development. This will include regular motivational and developmental feedback with the provision of objectives to maximize staff performance

· Ensure that any incidences of staff under-performance are identified and acted upon expediently. This will include escalation to the MD and RMD, feedback to the staff member, implementation of performance improvement plan (PIP) if needed and appropriate training and support.

· Maintain appropriate documentation of any actions taken regarding specific individual performance and address any disciplinary or grievance matters in accordance with International SOS's policies and procedures.

· Ensuring staff attendance at medical team meetings and daily transmissions/handovers and to search for new ideas for training and staff motivation.

· Encourage staff participation in additional projects within the Assistance/Support Centres.

· Overall accountability for the Mentoring programme for new starters and the on boarding process for new team members.

· Ensure staff are familiar with all relevant International SOS policies and procedures and that policies and procedures are followed at all times.

CASE MANAGEMENT AND ESCALATION

· Work with the MD's and RMD to drive efficiency and the provision of professional, customer focussed medical assistance to beneficiaries as per contractual requirements.

· Ability to provide case direction, support and guidance across to the Healthcare Operations Executive.

· Ensure that case management escalation occurs as per International SOS protocols, and that their teams are delivering effective case management to members.

· Flexibility to provide case load support and expertise whilst managing own workload.

· Ensure that the MD's and RMD are fully updated on any important issues and potentially problematic situations, both related to case management and to staffing concerns.

QUALITY AND TRAINING

· Strategic direction and strong interface with LDQ to regularly review material and deliverables for the nursing teams. Identification of trends and analysis to determine required support.

· To use initiative to implement ways of improving quality and efficiency in a proactive way.

· Overall accountability for the training and induction of the operations team along with the MD's and RMD.

· Ownership and direction for all operations led projects across the Healthcare Operations platforms.

· Work with the MD's and RMD to oversee all quality initiatives, and to work together to ensure clinical governance is maintained.

· Participate in the service recovery process for those cases where Intl.SOS quality measures were not maintained or based on feedback from external sources.

· Oversee site survey assignments for the operations team.

MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION STANDARDS (MTS)

· Ownership for the Medical Transportation Standards in conjunction with the MD and RMD.

· Accountability for compliance against the annual MTS audit and any air ambulance accreditations required for air ambulance activities in conjunction with the MD and RMD.

· Accountability for a qualified and up to date medical escort team suitable for deployment.

CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER INTERFACE

· Strong links with International SOS clients to foster positive working relationships and assist with service recovery as required.

JOB PURPOSE:

As the Head of Asia Pacific Distribution Centre (APDC), this position is a key member of the Asia Operations leadership team who plays a critical role in important strategic and management decisions relating to APDC operations. This position has full responsibility and accountability of overall performance for APDC with regards to quality, productivity, service level as well as budgetary control. With clear directions, this position will establish performance goals and develop corresponding objectives and action plan to ensure achievement.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the Distribution Centre’s operations, continuous improvement to bring Distribution Centre to next level.

2. Develop long-range objectives and strategies for the distribution centre, monitor performance against these objectives and provide leadership, feedback, supports, motivates, directions and retains high-caliber staff.

3. Define information systems requirements to support process improvements initiates. Integrate the technology, quality, purchasing and logistics functions to support product and process excellence.
