• Supervise cold-store operations to ensure that picking & packing activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

Equipment Performance

• Come up with methodologies to improve %UD/SD performance globally.
• Design Tier 2/3 matrices to improve %UD/SD.
• Develop suitable global reports for sites to benchmark against each other on %UD/SD
• Design and implement a process to improve workstations MOR %UTIL through %MA & Lost time improvement.
• Study the wafer path taken in critical workstations.
• Identify key data that needs to be extracted from the tool EDA system to map the time taken to complete wafer processing.
• Collaborate with SMAI to build a system to compare the wafer processing time between tools within a workstation.
• Quantify capex avoidance/savings that arise from improving Equipment Performance.

Address Tool to Tool mismatches in Process Areas

• Build a database of inputs for all process areas to address tool to tool mismatch proactively.
• Database of inputs should cover the cross matching of software, hardware & process related inputs.
• Collaborate with SMAI to build a system using these inputs to identify & fix tool to tool mismatches in a workstation.
• Appropriate measures, processes, and metrics should be devised to handle and maintain tool to tool mismatches effectively.

Standardization of practices & BKMs in Process Areas

• Setup global area alignment teams to address chronic issues, drive improvements & eliminate wastes.
• Channel improvements and lessons learnt established from various forums, eg. TPM Forum, Excursion Review, etc. into global area forums to decide on the standards for deployment, implementation and audit.
• Design suitable matrices for each process area so that improvements impact the 4 pillars.
• Create a library of area level BKMs for Equipment & Process Engineers to search for standards involving the setup of Equipment & associated processes.
• This library must also serve the purpose to feed-forward area level BKMs to TD for process development & HVM for improvement work that will impact the 4 pillars.
• Sit in transfer reviews to ensure N-1 standards are fed-forward to N technode for sustenance

Education

• Required: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Job Description

• Lead the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering) with emphasis on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly sequence, and quality.
• Provide engineering support in resolving daily operation issues in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of multidisciplined manufacturing engineers, manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
• Achieve daily targets on product delivery to global customers in alignment with manufacturing engineering strategies, production schedules, quality and safety standards.
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and deviations, provide immediate containment actions, and pursue long term corrective solutions.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment with technical experience on manufacturing and production activities.

As a Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Manager at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in running and delivering successful Digital Transformation Projects. You will take care of, monitor, and lead projects through all phases of project lifecycle - from initiation, feasibility studies, planning, execution and control, managing the timeliness and budget till project closure. Team will play a key role to support Micron’s global expansion projects and existing FABs at Micron’s global footprints for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

As a FE Materials Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing a category strategy for managed categories, validating strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and the respective internal partners and stakeholders. You will be conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, plan and execute negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmark and cost management. Through management of the category strategy, you will also be building trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders, driving best-in-class, cost, supply and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Category Management & Strategic Sourcing

* Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers.

* Analyze sourcing needs and make recommendations to stakeholders for assigned categories.

* Identify local and regional supplier opportunities to assist with the category strategies

* Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners.

Cost Management & Analysis

* Identify and evaluate category-specific savings opportunities

* Monitor and enforce the implementation of sourcing strategies

Negotiation

* Lead or participate in regional negotiations for managed categories

* Lead regional sourcing events/RFQ process and provide inputs for category management plans

* Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations

* Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and cost management using supplier and industry analysis.

Business Partnering

* Collaborate with Stakeholders to deliver Strategic Solutions

* Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key stakeholders

* Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement

* Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business, Business Administration or Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study.
• 0 -2 years of experience in Supplier Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in data analytical tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, Robotic Process Automation) will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be a persuasive advocate
• Ability to manage relationships with various individuals involved and effectively drive business needs

Responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment, and services. Performs cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities. Acquires and maintains technical understanding of products purchased. Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels. As required, monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value. May recommend cost saving proposals including make vs. buy analysis, alternative sourcing, and vendor evaluation criteria.

The Sr. Procurement Analyst (Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights) is responsible for developing and integrating comprehensive market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. This role involves establishing, refining, and centralizing market intelligence capabilities, including should cost, category analytics, and supplier analytics, to drive informed business strategies and avoid ad hoc solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and Industry Analysis: Develop and lead regular market and industry outlook analysis reports. Monitor industry pricing, production plant operations, and margin developments across regions.
• Data Integrity and Availability: Ensure the structural integrity and accuracy of Market Intelligence databases (MI Database). Initiate and lead the integration of the latest updates from relevant sources to ensure data availability for planning purposes.
• Market Updates and Training: Lead market updates discussions and presentation/sharing sessions with various teams. Develop and provide training on access and usage of various Market Intelligence tools, databases, procedures, and information sources.
• Subscription Management: Coordinate and manage subscription requests/renewals with various stakeholders in accordance with procedures. Maintain an updated registry on procured reports.
• Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain an electronic Market Intelligence library for knowledge management. Ensure sharing of online intelligence complies with all licensing agreements.
• Category Market Intelligence Gathering: Lead the gathering and validation of market intelligence through active interactions and collaborations with various levels of Procurement, Business, and Pricing functions.
• Project Management: Lead and organize Market Intelligence projects, taking the initiative to drive projects from inception to completion.
• Strategic Insights: Support company strategy development and updates with accurate and up-to-date market intelligence information and insights. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Presentation Skills: Demonstrate the ability to articulate and present key actionable market and competitor insights to the management team using modern visualization tools.
• Category Market Segments Monitoring: Understand and monitor various category market segments (Front-End, Back-End, Materials, Indirect procurement) within the semiconductor industry, including but not limited to:
• Tracking, analyzing, and forecasting demand trends, such as project developments and buyer preferences.
• Tracking, analyzing, and forecasting supply trends, such as contractors’ capability, capacity, and competitiveness.
• Tracking, analyzing, and forecasting cost/price and contracting trends, such as contracting modes and prices.
  
• Automation and AI Integration: Leverage automation and AI technologies to enhance market intelligence processes, ensuring efficient and accurate data analysis and reporting.
• Centralization and Integration: Work to establish, refine, and integrate market intelligence throughout our capabilities, including should cost, category analytics, and supplier analytics. Drive centralization and integration to avoid ad hoc solutions and ensure cohesive, strategic insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Business Statistics, Finance or a related field.
• Experience:
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in market & business intelligence, covering topics such as financial structuring, pricing, and competitive analysis.
• Strong insights into semiconductor market dynamics and economics, fab manufacturing procurement.
• Understanding of markets, competitors, value chain, and macro & micron economic analysis.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing market data to produce reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Hands on semiconductor or indirect procurement category experience.
• Regional and global insights and experience.
• Experience in use of Generative AI in market analysis/market intelligence.

Job Description

• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions
• Interface with and handle customers/vendors on quality issues.
• Issue and closure of CAR for customer (RMA) and Supplier issue – External
• RMA receipt and disposition of RMA in Macola – External.
• Work with QA department and Engineering on customer related issues e.g. RMA

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments.
