About the Role

Job Scope

• Manage and is responsible for all stock transfers to our retail outlets
• Prepare and create product listings for weekly online launches
• Main point of contact between warehouse and retail stores
• Ensure that the warehouse and retail store inventories are accurate
• Assist with all other warehouse related duties such as stock take and folding of apparels
• Fulfilment and Packing of Orders
• Handling email enquiries

Requirements

• Good command of written English

Pay Structure

• Basic Pay + CPF contribution
• Rewarded with yearly performance bonus + increment for good work performance.
• 5 day work week - Mon to Fri only, 930am to 530pm.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the correct quantity and meal types are sent to the Food Bank on time and that meals are stored accurately

• Collect, check and hand over meals and catering items to crew and monitor last minute top up of meals
• Conduct quality control checks on completed equipment carts and ensure that equipment are present according to the correct Equipment Loading Plan
• Push meal carts and carry catering equipment in the kitchen and on-board aircraft
• Handle and transport meal orders between the kitchen and the aircraft

Requirements

• Possess basic frontline customer service skills

• Able to carry heavy loads up to 5kg

Requirements

Our client, a global fund management company is looking for Investment Operations Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor trade settlements across multiple asset classes, ensuring timely execution and resolving any settlement discrepancies.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations between internal systems, custodians, and counterparties to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Track, process, and manage corporate actions, dividends, and income events, ensuring timely and accurate processing in collaboration with custodians.
• Monitor daily cash balances, project cash flows, and assist with liquidity management to support investment activities.
• Maintain data integrity in portfolio management systems, and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for portfolio managers and clients.
• Collaborate with compliance to adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, and identify operational risks within processes to enhance controls.

Qualifications:
