• Collate annual budget for IT systems, equipment, and software. Coordinate acquisition and implementation.

Key Requirements

• A recognised degree in Mathematics, IT or Data Analytics with at least 4 years of relevant experience

• Good system and data analysis and reporting skills. Knowledge in data visualisation / analytical / statistical tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python) will be an advantage.

• Good organisational and interpersonal skills

• Practical knowledge of hospital operations, medical systems/applications, data analytics would be an advantage.

• Ensure the Health Campaign booth is manned at all times
• Providing assisted enrolment to patients:
• Guiding patients to enrol through the app for patients with Singpass
• Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
• On-boarding patients to the Health Campaign , including booking of Health Plan related appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments).
• Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for Health Campaign related visits
• Answering patients’ queries with regards to the Health Campaign
• Collecting of Enrolment data
• Monitoring the stock level and topping up Health Campaign related collaterals
• Any other matters assigned by the operations manager/operations executive at the clinic, or head office operations team.
