Responsibilities

• Meet with client Senior management and perform Consultative Functional Design Assessment of a problematic business or operation situation through SIRI/COSIRI approaches.
• Understanding client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports ….) and to analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
• Formulate Yokogawa’s recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s requirements, capabilities and limitations.
• Work with client or field Subject Matter expertise to justify the project journey and initiate a sequence of events that will lead to the completion of the business transformation process.
• Involve in critical project milestones and help to resolve any occasional discrepancies.
• Act as the technical bridge between client and delivery – be the client’s trusted advisor.

Requirements

We are seeking a proficient and dedicated professional to assume the role of Senior Cybersecurity Consultant. This person will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing programmes to protect the University from cyber security threats. He/she is responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering IT security-related activities in the organisation.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement Information Security Policies, standards, best practices for effective IT security, risk and compliance controls across the University;
• Manage security operations using security tools such as Firewalls, Splunk, Tenable Nessus, etc.;
• Educate, demonstrate and create awareness to staff and students on the security and data protection arenas;
• Evaluate, recommend and procure security solutions, products and services to defend against malicious activities and cyber-attacks;
• Respond timely to security incidents and conduct investigation and recommend the appropriate follow up actions including containment, recovery and preventive actions;
• Work with internal and external auditors in planning and conducting security audits;
• Perform audit log reviews and assessments to detect security breaches and anomalies;
• Ensure cyber security compliance in accordance to Ministry of Education (MOE) security posture for Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs);
• Keep abreast of the latest industry security practices and technologies as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities so as to recommend appropriate controls to improve the University security posture;
• Participate in University-wide events.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Information Technology;
• Minimum 5 Years of relevant working experience;
• Good knowledge of information security principles, technologies, governance, compliance as well as International security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, etc.);
• Experience in implementing security audits, controls and mitigating measures for enterprise IT infrastructure and applications;
• Familiar with implementation, operations, administration and maintenance of various enterprise security solutions, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system, endpoint security, monitoring and analytics tools, firewall and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS);
• Experience in incident handling and response;
• Positive attitude with keen interest in exploring the areas of IT security;
• Good interpersonal verbal and writing skills;
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCISO or CEH would be advantageous.

• Conduct Customer Workshops, gather Business Requirements, Solution Design using best practice and Healthcare industry standards
• Perform extensive hand-on detail health information system (HIS) & electronic medical record (EMR) functional configuration
• Create detailed functional specifications for development objects (Inc. Enhancements, Interfaces) & testing
• Prepare Data conversion Plan ; Strategy, Cut Over plan
• Prepare scripts ; execute System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test
• Prepare training plan, material and conduct training
• Support Sales Process by creating scope analysis, designing state of the art solutions, creating of proposals
• Autonomous lead of HIS/EMR track including creating and updating project timelines, handling change management process, creating status reports and preparing management summaries

Requirements

• Extensive Knowledge and Implementation experience in a major health information system (HIS) & electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Extensive hands on functional and configuration experience in the above including clinical process builder, clinical workstation, service concept, service rules, pricing procedure, condition types, billing, HL7/HCM, new business partner concept interface.
• At least 3 years ofexperience in Healthcare Projects
• 1 – 3 full cycle implementation project experience
• Experienced in Maintenance and Enhancement Support for a major HIS or EMR system
• Proven experience with relevant analysis, process design and Software implementation methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical skills, strong perseverance, a high degree of initiative and independence
• Ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures coupled with strong customer and partner interface.
• Minimum Academic Qualification; Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload as well as tasks of project team
• Ability to work in a team and as an individual with tight deadlines
