Role Description

We are looking for our next Real Estate Consultants to help accelerate our growth and scale the company to greater heights.

As a Propseller Real Estate Consultant you’ll be a modern PropTech agent with a salary, uncapped commissions, benefits, and an exciting career path. You’ll be assigned to a territory and work under the close supervision of a sales manager. Instead of spending time prospecting for new client leads, you will be provided with a steady stream of qualified leads. Instead of relying on traditional inefficient practices, you will be provided with our state-of-the-art custom technological tools and you’ll be trained to operate at your highest efficiency. On average, Propseller’s Real Estate Consultants have been multiplying their production (i.e. $ amount of commission charged) by 7x upon joining Propseller. They close each on average 5 transactions per month.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Represent sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions;
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and news;
• Develop expertise regarding real estate practices, standards, financing options, investment returns, and geographical areas;
• Estimate property values through skilled competitive market analysis;
• Conduct presentations and obtain agency agreements in consultative manner;
• Assist clients from initial contact to closing;
• Run virtual/physical viewings to secure and negotiate on offers;
• Ensure deals reach smooth completions and that client is overly satisfied;
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and bring in more property owners and seekers to the top of the funnel.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact with the clients (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller. You will be responsible for managing the pre-sales consultative selling process from initial contact, lead qualification and nurturing, to the introduction to one of Propseller’s in-house Real Estate Consultants (i.e. property agents). We’re looking for a technology-driven, client-centric Solutions Consultant to provide advice and deliver solutions to clients in their adoption of geospatial technologies.

• Engage with different client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for technology utilisation and adoption;
• Develop solution roadmaps to enable clients to solve complex business challenges;
• Partner with clients and build strong relationships with relevant decision makers;
• Participate in the software development lifecycle from design and solutioning, implementation and deployment, to support and maintenance;
• Provide sound advice and deliver solutions for client success.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Geospatial Information Systems;
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience working with geospatial technology in industries like public safety and defence;
• Experience in technology consulting, or delivery and implementation of technology solutions;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong understanding of business challenges;
• Creativity and design-centric solutioning experience;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts well;
• Client-centric mindset and good client relationship skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines;
• Proficiency in the relevant technologies would be an advantage.
