We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Secretary / Executive Assistant to support the management team through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in HR related matters
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• No experience Needed (Training Provded)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with multi-tasking
• Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible

Job Description

• Works with director and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
• Presents regular reports on the status of the company's operations to the board of directors
• Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
• Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
• Serves as the company's representative to the director, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public.
• Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder
• Possess SME environment exposure
• Excellent managerial and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area
• Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations

Responsibilities

• Supporting development and implementation of company strategy, strategic partnerships, and other organic & inorganic growth opportunities
• Leading cross-unit projects in structuring issue-based work plans, developing hypotheses, driving an overall storyline, and developing implementation strategy to deliver measurable impact
• Taking ownership of work-streams or analysis, designing and conducting analyses, doing secondary research, synthesising conclusions, making presentations
• Engaging and discussing key business issues with senior management in most assignments
• Acting as “business owner” to oversee the end-to-end of delivery of initiatives, ensuring that solutions built are fit-for-purpose and value-accretive
• Preparing presentations and materials for internal and external engagement, including Board, shareholder, prospective equity investors, partners, internal senior management team, and staff
• Manging senior management committees and facilitating management workshops
