Job Descriptions

Oversee and manage project management and grant administration efforts for R&D projects, including to:

• Monitor project progress
• Ensure the timely submission of audit and progress reports by grantees
• Check and process claims submitted by grantees, as well as process invoices raised by Finance for disbursement of grant funding to grantees
• Support the department in providing updates to relevant agencies on budget projections, project progress, and funding utilisation for R&D funds;
• Work with Finance to streamline grant administration and project management processes, including exploring the use of digital tools and data analytics to support these efforts;
• Improve grants governance processes; including ensuring that the handbook adheres to guidelines and up to date where necessary.
• Provide support in organising and supporting workshops and meetings where needed.

Job Requirements

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan & liaise with NEA (such as report submission, etc.).
• Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notice and official related EHS correspondence.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in construction for LTA projects.
• NEA registered ECO.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
