ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for all deliverables required in the agreement with Singapore General Hospital.
• To organize his team to align with the overall client’s expectation and contractual requirements andsupport the operations of the hospital, especially in the front end engineering and customersupports. To plan and execute all fix it and programmed maintenance within the frame work of theallocated resources.
• To plan the resources available to align with the operational requirements for fix it and programmedmaintenance.
• Managing all minor repairs and fix it work within the budget.
• Work closely with other service providers in the hospital to be part of the team to create a safe andsound environment for the patients, staff and visitors, especially ISS House Keeping and Portering team to demonstrate the strength and capability of ISS’s integrated service model to be productive, efficient and effective.
• Constantly engaging the client and end users to seek feed back, gaps and improvementopportunities through survey and dialogue.
• Responsible for overall customer and end users relationship management while exercising costcontrol monitor and measure with the awareness to generating additional works to enhancemargin.

• Lead the process and mechanical team for process plant EPC project, including design, engineering, supporting procurement & installation, and testing & commissioning works
