Procurement & Logistic Management:

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, with a focus on E-Commerce and Procurement.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with web content management systems and E-Commerce platforms, for instance, Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Proficiency in utilising subscription management tools such as Appstle.
• Experience in website building and content management using Gempages.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate, and correspond effectively with teams in Japan and Taiwan.
• Familiarity with Japanese and/or Traditional Mandarin languages is a plus.
• Proven time management skills, crucial for projects with monthly thematic concepts.

Job Description

• Assist in all purchasing work, checking delivery order, Incoming invoices and pricing
• Researching and identifying potential suppliers or vendors
• Negotiating terms and conditions, including price, delivery schedules, and quality standards, with suppliers

The Job:

• Support the procurement function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
• Maintain system integrity of supplier’s info in the ERP system
• Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down, new programs and improvement opportunities or mitigate the risk
• Create and review opportunities on alternative materials and or suppliers to meet the business unit objectives in procurement activities and deliver best values and business savings
• Understand the trend of raw material / feedstock related, update the information to commercial team, provide analysis on costs, new and cost savings activities
• Develop strong partnership with suppliers

The Requirements:

• Min Degree in Chemical Engineering with min 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
