Job Description:

We are currently seeking a multi-talented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Operation Executive specialising in outdoor sales and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in timely and efficient product deliveries and assisting with inventory management including warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

1) Conduct sales activities, including promoting products to customers and processing of orders.

2) Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers.

3) Collaborating with the team to synchronize production and sale delivery efforts.

4) Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

5) Product deliveries and prospecting of sales.

6) Assisting with inventory management, warehouse activities, including organizing and arranging of inventories.

7) Operating an electric stacker for efficient warehouse management.

Requirements:

4) Must be a team player and ready to assist in shop activities when required.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive base salary along with a commission structure based on sales performance. The overall package includes annual leave and additional benefits.

Training and Development:

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard and/or established accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements and bank statements of operating entities within complex trust structure.
• Perform and coordinate tax reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting and compliance with the requirements.
• Implement financial controls and monitor effectiveness of controls in processes.
• Assess and communicate information regarding business risks with stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify and implement process simplification, standardization and automatization of financial and tax reporting to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or CA/ CPA equivalent qualification.
• 8 years of experience in managing full set financial statements, reporting and statutory audit of a large entity or group of companies independently. Preferably with 4 years of experience in Big Four accounting firms in Singapore.
• Good understanding of the current local tax regime such as 13U, 13O etc.
• Good financial analysis skills.
• Trust knowledge and work experience in Trust Companies will be preferred.
• Experience participating in moderately complex accounting activities across countries/multisite.
• Experience in group accounting or working with companies in a group.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build trust with partners at multiple levels in the organization.
