STRATEGIC PRODUCT MANAGER
Seeking a highly motivated Product Manager with experience in the Baby and Mother industry.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop an innovation pipeline, oversee the development and lifecycle of products from concept to launch, and ensure that products meet customer needs and business goals.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong operational abilities to create standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines for the product development process.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the innovation pipeline by identifying emerging market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
2. Define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
3. Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product development initiatives.
5. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
6. Create and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and project timelines.
7. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
8. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product launches and ongoing performance.
9. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
10. Establish standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines for the product development process to ensure efficiency and consistency.
11. Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
12. Serve as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making and inform product strategy. - Strong understanding of product development methodologies, agile principles, and best practices.
- Experience in creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines for product development processes. - Knowledge of market research techniques, competitive analysis, and product positioning strategies.
