• Provide content direction and assist in producing marketing materials, such as Presentation Deck, Product Deck, Brochure, Publications, etc.
• Develop campaigns targeting various segments of acquisitions. Execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or other related disciplines.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Undertakes product ownership on range of semiconductor equipment (See www.mit.com.sg on product range)

2. Define & plan the projects schedule and resources and kick off meetings

3. Carry out Product/Technology benchmarking with R&D and Marketing

4. Supports Technical Sales in specs review, costing and evaluation of new product requirements

5. Interfaces with customers on project status and technical reviews

6. Manages Product Evaluation programs with Customers

7. Oversees CIP programs to extend product life cycle

8. Interfaces with Engineering Development teams to resolve all technical field issues within the assigned Product family

9. Other tasks assign by supervisor as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. At least a good Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical discipline

2. Knowledge in basic engineering concepts / equipment product development

3. Experienced in project management & leading cross functional teams

4. Able to multitask multiple projects & good time management skills

5. Good leadership, teamwork and able to work with different levels of the organization

Position Overview

This role, as a first line-of-defense, is required to identify, assess, monitor and report key IT risks with second line-of-defense.

This role is also required to work closely with second line-of-defense to understand and document controls and identify potential areas of improvements.

Experience in IT and Cybersecurity Risk management is an advantage, this individual must have a strong desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• With fair knowledge in IT risk management frameworks, policies, processes, and other procedures set by NETS.
• To provide support and with timely update in the given identification, prioritization, assessment, monitoring and reporting of key IT risks
• To provide support and assistance for any conduct on risk and controls self-assessment (RCSA) exercise
• With 2- or 1-years experiences supporting in IT operation, Internal/IT Audit (OSPAR , PCI-Card Production , PCI-DSS ) is an added advantage.
• To support, manage and front audit with minimal supervision (Meeting, Conference , IT governance , Card Centre related procedure & Technology related queries)
• To monitor and follow up email correspondence from banks / auditors / department on Card Centre and it is promptly answered and followed up
• Knowledge of current regulatory requirements in Singapore and industry best practices (e.g. MAS TRM Guidelines, MAS Cyber Hygiene, ISO 27001 & ISO 31000 standards, NIST Framework)
• Good working knowledge of risk management and control concepts, constantly paying attention to details and have ability to perform deep-dive investigation.

• Well-developed and effective written and verbal communication skills

• To provide prompt update to HOD/Supervisor on any upcoming compliance schedule from NETS or external parties

Requirements

• Min. Education Level: Bachelor’s’ Degree in Computer Sciences or related discipline
• Relevant Skills required: Microsoft Operating Systems / IT Network knowledge / Programming / Power point presentation/ Microsoft Operating Systems
• At least 3 years’ experience experiences in IT operation, Internal/IT Audit and relevant risk certifications (e.g. ITIL, CISSP) is an added advantage.
