a) Dissemble various types of aircraft components

b) Perform trouble shooting, assembly, inspection and testing of aircraft components

c) Perform minor rework or call out the relevant repair scheme

d) Read and understand CMM, Service Bulletins, Standard Practices or other relevant Airworthiness Data

e) Complete the documentation and records for each component and where applicable, sign and stamp each stage of the work performed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process.
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders.
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product.
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.
• Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date.
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.

· Experience of manufacturing precision parts on CNC Machines.

· Experience in both Turning and Milling Machines.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong supervisory, people management.

· Knowledge and understanding of Fanuc control system and others controller system will be an advantage.
