Job Requirements:

• Basic PC skill is required
• At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative work
• Advanced level of English to communicate with local coworkers, medical organizations, and some local customers
• Business level of Japanese to communicate with clients calling from Japan
• Attentive and willing to do office work
• Cooperative with other members and hospitality for customer support

Responbilities

• Collaborate on Delivery Planning: Work closely with sales personnel to schedule delivery methods and minimize customer impact effectively
