What your day job looks like at GroupM:

The appointee will be responsible for the effective delivery of client SEO services either directly, or by contributing to projects managed by other team members. There may also be communication with other GroupM offices and external vendors.

Agency Partner

• To ensure delivery of existing business and maintain quality and satisfaction.
• To identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within the agencies.
• To support and encourage new business to meet agency targets.
• Oversee SEO campaigns which encompass all audit, optimization and reporting workstream that concern the technical setup and content of our client websites.
• To be an evangelist for complete SEO offering within the agencies and to increase staff competencies for effective delivery.

Specialist Area

• To be a knowledge owner for analytics and actively develop and share this knowledge with the team as well as provide / lead delivery.
• Experience in Multi Project Planning and Management to create and support SEO marketing plans and communicate timelines, process updates, roadblocks etc. on regular basis to the team.

Sales & Operations

• Refine sales proposition and supporting processes for delivery.
• Train, manage, mentor and develop direct reports to be successful in their role and grow in their careers.
• Identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities with agency offerings.
• Work with the Head of SEO to create sales proposals and support RFPs with tangible data references, where appropriate.

• Minimum of 7 yrs. of core SEO experience
• Understand Google search engine ranking algorithm and audit the website to discover the opportunity to improve the website ranking in search result

The Director, Product Management will be responsible for the technical and commercial development of Visa’s Flexible Credentials approach in AP, working in collaboration with Global Product Management to deliver an integrated, digital payment experience for consumers enabling multiple funding sources, and payment modes including, Debit, Credit, Prepaid, Instalments, Loyalty points and more besides, to be linked together in a single digital-first experience. The Director will also work closely with the Solution Commercialization group to develop and execute a rigorous go-to-market (GTM) plan to deploy new Flex Credential propositions across Asia Pacific as well as gather new requirements and form a product development roadmap to meet client and consumer needs in the region.

Reporting to the SD, Modern Credentials in AP, as part of the Consumer Solutions group, the Director will be a key, visible product leader in the region and as such will need to provide thought leadership, subject matter expertise, management of direct and indirect reports as well as rigorous process and budget management experience to the role.

Visa has launched the first generation of Flex Credentials in AP and is committed to proliferating seamless, multi-account, digital access to payments via mobile form factors.
