Client management:
Act as a single point of contact for clients to maintain the relationship
Get trained on BARE systems/reports for clients
Responsible for end to end project delivery i.e. development, optimization & delivery of client projects
Build reports and set up the questionnaire(s) in close consultation with the client & project management.
Masters and maintains knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
Giving value-added recommendations & solutions to clients.
Should be able to manage client escalation and concerns seamlessly
Project Management:
Planning and allocation of resources effectively
To identify Operational/ Fieldwork issues and recommend solutions
Interact and co-ordinate with resource teams, Operations & Editing Teams to ensure agreed service levels
Follow up and control project quality by spot-checking
Will be required to work on various tools and platforms for program management
Should have basic Excel knowledge for project tracking purposes
Cost control:
Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process
Commercial focus of changes and impact on costing & client fees

Key Requirements:
Minimum tertiary education

We will need this talented indiviual to:
Provide full support to the Senior Banquet Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Banquet Services and day-to-day operations in accordance to the established Standard of Operating Procedures
Plan duty roster, engage part-timers and ensure that they are deployed according to function needs.
Work closely with other Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
Ensure that all team leaders deliver and provide exceptional guest service at all times
Establish a rapport with guests to maintain a good customer relationship
Ensure a high level of excellent service which meets the demands and expectations to all guests and internal customers

Talent Profile
A current Assistant Manager / Banquet Manager with 3 years or more experience in managing a Banquet or large Chinese restaurant operation in a local five-star hotel of a similar capacity

Be willing to work weekends and public holidays
