• Ensure excellent client satisfaction (e.g. Onsite audits, mystery shopping programme)
• Participate in ongoing work streams for gathering requirements and specifications

Candidate Sourcing

• Partner with recruitment team for identifying candidate channels and work plans
• Screening and selection of candidates utilizing a structured approach

Associate Management

• Perform onboarding procedures including contract administration, coordinate induction / briefing / training, issue work tools
• Performance review and disciplinary matters
• Contract administration
• Execute associate retention and welfare activities
• Respond and manage associate queries pertaining to employment
• Roll call to ensure punctuality and attendance on weekends

Operations Management

• Main operational point of contact
• Monitor and ensure delivery of services to scope
• Manage out-of-scope requests and situations
• Rostering & buffer management based on part-timers’ availability
• On-site presence (scheduled / unscheduled) as and when appropriate
• Facilitate instant and accurate exchange and transfer of information with clients and associates

• Manage daily operations of bank accounts

• Source direct and indirect materials, negotiate with local and overseas vendors for optimal pricing and payment terms
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as vendors to facilitate effective procurement planning
• Ensure timely delivery from vendors, monitor purchases to prevent shortages, overcharges, and defects in materials
• Resolve issues related to supply, quality, service, and invoicing, identifying and implementing solutions promptly

Requirements:

• Candidates without working experiences are welcomed to apply.
