Responsibilities:

• Coordinate payment follow-ups with suppliers once orders are confirmed, including handling payment methods like DP, DA, LC, or bank transfers (TT).
• Prepare and send Shipping Instructions to suppliers and monitor bookings; occasionally manage bookings directly with carriers.
• Arrange and submit inspection applications as needed.
• Monitor shipment schedules closely and follow up on required documentation from suppliers.
• Coordinate the collection of supplier documents from the bank.
• Prepare all required shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, and cargo tracking notes.
• Coordinate the switching of Bills of Lading (BL) with the Singapore shipping line.
• Release documents via telex or courier, with authorization from the Sales department.
• Track shipments continuously to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent coordination and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and/or MS Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Job descriptions

Corporate Sales:

• Manage existing corporate accounts and establish relations/acquire new corporate clients to increase the market penetration.

• Develop new business channels consistent with the brand positioning through other companies / business channels. (ex. hotels, corporations, retailers)

• Process sales orders, calculate cost in order to maintain’ company margins and manage stock on hand for Singapore

• Handling B2B sales order from customer, including the arrangement of warehouse packing, delivery and related document preparation.

• Manage and submit quotations and organize proposals to customers independently.

• Manage and organise Corporate Gelato Kart Service and chocolate events with corporate customers.

• In charge of liaison with Shopping Malls’s Marketing team and redemption programs with Merchants for sales opportunities (seasonal gifting pitches) and for cross promotions.

• Responsible for client credit collection and for the overall invoicing process.

• Responsible for enquiries from corporate communications channels (website and social media)

Wholesales Sales:

• Work closely with the existing wholesalers/distributors and support the growth to reach the Sales target.

• Negotiate sales deal and ensure the implementation of our sales strategy.

• Provide timely commercial proposal and proactively look for new clients suitable to company positioning in assigned.

• Build effective account relationships.

• Monitor client’s credit status and review with Finance team.

• Consistently perform market research including proposed assortment, price and merchandising

Requirements:

• Candidate must be proactive and creative, able to purse new ideas to meet sales target.

• 1-2 years’ experience in Wholesales/Corporate sales (Retail or F&B business is preferred)

The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance and governance framework to ensure ongoing adherence to relevant IT legislative and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA, MAS TRM, PCI). They will report regularly to IT Management on compliance status and engage with various teams to promote a strong organizational security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Governance Framework Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of a compliance framework to maintain ongoing adherence to relevant IT legislative and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit reports to IT Management on the framework’s effectiveness and any compliance gaps.
• Policy Compliance Monitoring: Support the development of a governing framework to uphold organizational information security policies, standards, and procedures, and report compliance status to IT Management.
• Risk Management for Emerging Technologies: Contribute to the evaluation and formulation of a risk management framework that addresses new technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT).
• Policy Review & Recommendations: Review and recommend updates to information security policies, standards, and procedures, accounting for deviation requests and audit findings.
• Information Security Scorecard Development: Develop and maintain an Information Security scorecard framework that assesses and reflects the organization’s compliance level against established policies, standards, and procedures.
• IT Risk Management & Assessment: Assist in developing the organizational IT risk management framework, performing periodic risk assessments.
• Awareness & Phishing Programs: Support the design and execution of information security awareness and phishing simulations to strengthen organizational security culture.
• IT Security Project Support: Collaborate on the evaluation, planning, and implementation of IT Security projects, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Information Security, with a focus on consultancy and IT risk management.
• Certifications: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred, with solid knowledge of IT legislation (e.g., PDPA, MAS TRM, PCI) and industry best practices.
