Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient management of all outlets.
• Plan and manage weekly rostering for all operations staff, ensure smooth operations
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff as and when needed
• Recruitment for retail staffs
• Ensure retail staffs are competent in their knowledge of the front counter SOP/service sequence and the implementing of all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that complaints or problems are resolved without delay and that effective follow-up action takes place to avoid a recurrence.
• To carry out on-going performance reviews, coach and direct activities to achieve desired performance according to Company’s objective.
• To review and analyse daily sales, highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify poor performance. Propose and implement corrective actions if needed.
• Ensure Time Management System is updated daily according to the roster, monitor the overtime of all staff and ensure that it is within the MOM guidelines
• In charge of facilities management for all outlets including HQ
• Assist, when necessary, in planning, formulate, organize, control and direct production/delivery activities
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Basic qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in import/export compliance and handling imports/exports per foreign government regulations.

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience

• Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a drive for continuous improvement.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Global logistics or supply chain experience is preferred.
