Market Risk Management

• Execute assigned duties in ensuring timely report generation through trading system and various risk management activities, such as market risk management (commodity - both of physicals and derivatives/foreign exchange) through reporting and analysis of respective risk exposures and profit and loss fluctuation on daily basis.
• To compile prices from various sources and build daily price curves for uploading to the trading system.

· Responsible on Govt and relevant communications and stakeholder engagement activities including customers PR dept, Industry and trade analysts, telecom regulators, academics, etc.

· Responsible on brand-related materials and contents targeted for internal and external stakeholders

· Crisis management

· Act as external spokesperson, when appropriate

Requirements:

· Relevant Degree with at least 8 years relevant experience in a Govt/ trade association role/Agency

· Highly hands-on individual and a creative and innovative thinker

· Good Strategic and structured thinking with interpersonal skills

· Hands on experience in Program and event management

· Excellent communication & written skills in both English & Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customer)

· Is a self-starter; possess confidence and excellent communication skills in order to interact with people of all levels across different markets within the region

· Skilled in market research, and self-driven spirit

Job Description

• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients by providing good customer experience
• Assist in customer retention by resolving issues and drive sales growth
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve operational and service procedures
• Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
• Develop and implement the department goals and objectives, policies and procedures
• Translates clients feedback into actionable feedback for departments within the organization to improve the standard
• Visually inspect the sites and surrounding premises to ensure the areas are clean and tidy at all times and take action to ensure this meets our standard
• Be the first point of contact for clients
• Prepare monthly reports on operational issues
• Work with operations and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Minimum a relevant Degree
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in customer relations with proven track-record in customer experience development
• Proven work experience and results as a Relationship Manager from the service industry, or similar roles
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-centric
• Proficient in MS skills - Words, Excel and Power Point
