Position Summary / Project Description
• This resource will be part of the National Telehealth Programme Office (PMO), which supports the project delivery teams in tracking of project performance and risk management, governance and resource planning.
• This resource will oversee the successful delivery of programme.
• This resource coordinates and drives implementations across the core systems/applications.
• This resource drives alignment & bridge gaps across the key business needs, processes & technology
Roles And Responsibilities
· Oversee the successful delivery of various programme tracks that are under programme purview.
· Work with respective teams for project resource requirement planning and project resource performance improvement for major project implementation.
· Execute tender for outsourced service provider to implement project when required.
· Identify and coordinate actions to improve the quality of project delivery based on monitoring and reporting activities and management information.
· Manage overall project register and report portfolio key performance metrics.
· Track major project timeline, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, issues and risks.
· Track major projects review activities against expected milestone deliverables, sign-off, change request and closure.
· Assist in project-related issue resolution and risk mitigation.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT peers to assess and identify solution and implementation risks.
· Work with project managers from different departments/teams to ensure timely delivery, alignment with Project Management Methodology (PMM) processes, deliverables and reporting.
· Drives alignment & bridge gaps across the key business needs, processes & technology.
· Coordinates and drives implementations across the core systems/applications.
Requirements / Qualifications
· Possess a Degree or higher tertiary qualification in Information Technology
· More than 5-7 years of relevant working experience and demonstrate an applied knowledge of IT Project Management and Program Management Office (PMO)
· Relevant project management certifications such as PMP is preferred.
· Strong MS Office skills is preferred.
· Strong communication skills – articulate in both written and spoken language
· Excellent internal / external stakeholder engagement skills
· Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change Strong project resource planning skill is preferred.
· Experience in healthcare industry is added advantage.
