Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of full range of ADLINK products in all areas within Singapore.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage existing customers and develop new customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from customers.
• Prepare sales visits, and maintain funnel status and sales forecasts on weekly basis or as and when required by the immediate supervisor.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and trainings with customers as and when required.
• Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
• Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of ADLINK products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics, or related majors.

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in Sales of industrial electrical products solutions (at least 5 years), with proven Sales track record in any of the following sectors: Industrials, Materials, Utilities and Healthcare.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent communication, good interpersonal skills, and effective time management.
• A highly motivated who is hungry to win, always looking to push your own limit.
• Work cooperatively in a team, and also work efficiently individually.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess valid driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales support including a full range of company products, CCTV and network technical solutions, highlights proposals, etc
• Develop business opportunities with clients
• Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals/presentations to clients
• Responsible for product solution designing and ensuring the solution is competitive
• Identify clients' requirements and coordinate with the sales team to ensure that the clients' requirements are able to meet

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in CCTV products
• At least 1 year of work experience in CCTV domain or networking
• Capability to communicate with and influence customers including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking business associates
• Experienced in handling and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Possess CCNA/CCNP and other networking certificates would be an added advantage

• Drive process improvement program to ensure high standard of food safety and quality
• Provide technical advice to support other department when necessary
• Perform QA audit at central kitchen and outlets, and prepare QA reports.
• Monitoring product integrity and conduct product testing for new and regular products
• To support in supplier management program (audit and ingredient approval)

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or other Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years work experience in QAQC related field in food industry, preferably from food manufacturing/food service/food retail
• Familiar with food regulatory/retail hygiene requirement is an added advantage
• Good knowledge in GMP/HACCP/ GFSI / HALAL, ISO 22000 and Food Safety is preferable
