KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

1. Engage and support members to ensure they comply with key GPSNR requirements including the Policy Framework, Reporting Requirements, and other processes under the Assurance Model.
2. Managing GPSNR’s assurance and verification systems
3. Facilitate development of the platform’s processes and technical tools. These developments often take place through multi-stakeholder meetings and will require you to prepare meeting agendas, draft minutes, and facilitate meetings.
4. Work with the CRM department to clean and analyse data submitted through the GPSNR Reporting Requirements to identify opportunities for reporting improvements
5. Work with the Communications department to craft communications about the platform’s progress and latest developments
6. Develop strategic roadmaps to effectively advance the platform’s mission apart from the duties stated above, to perform any duty or duties reasonably assigned.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

• The ability to review documents meticulously and work with detailed information
• Comfort with learning and working independently, including developing strategies with limited information and prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment
• The ability to work effectively in teams of different compositions and sizes, and the flexibility to adapt to different communication and working styles across different teams
• Initiative to develop strategies, procedures, and document templates that support the platform’s work
• High level of emotional intelligence with good interpersonal communication skills

ADVANTAGEOUS COMPETENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working on agricultural commodities or in related sustainability fields
• Experience working within multi-stakeholder initiatives, assurance systems, or auditing processes
• Experience with grant tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with working in an international environment
• Established communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in more than one language

• Responsible for establishing quality inspection plans, COC, procedures/ work instructionsHandle customer/supplier/ internal CARs
• Responsible for planning, coordinating & performing internal audits
• Responsible for performing gap analysis on standards revision and revise procedure/ work instructions
• Responsible for attending to customer/ supplier/ internal /certification audits & technical queries.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Metal Machining Industry
• Experience in using measuring instruments such as caliper, bore gage, micrometer etc

Responsibilities:

• Undertake audits of clientele in various industries
• Support the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, and maintaining communication in conducting audit engagements
• To train and supervise juniors should the need arise, and to monitor their work progress
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings and recommendation

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
