Role Purpose:
Self-starting individual who is seeking to develop his/ her 360 marketing skills. Excited by the prospect of leaving a positive and lasting impact on consumers, through effective 360 brand marketing activities, to build brand resonance with our community of fans in the exciting and ever-changing world of retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative yet purposeful 360 marketing plans to build and increase brand awareness, acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ideate and execute creative digital content initiatives to grow social media followers, increase engagement and build a community of individuals passionate about niche fragrances.
- Execute public relations-related tasks such as identifying and maintaining relationships with a carefully curated list of media partners, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
- Plan and execute exciting brand-building events for our PR community for season/ special collection launches; and engaging shopping activations for our customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as retailers and strategic partners to push the boundaries to create new and exciting brand experiences.
- Identify marketing opportunities and foster strategic partnerships with malls, partners and retailers; to constantly reach out to new potential customers.
- Work with internal stakeholders and own end-to-end monthly campaign coordination and execution like monthly marketing and communications plan, media buys, social media content, and schedule communications assets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop a report that consolidates actionable insights to drive decision-making and forward-planning.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, mass communication, events management; or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in marketing, brand management or similar role; in a fast-paced company.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, great interpersonal and communication skills; and the desire to hone 360 marketing skills.
- Creative, imaginative and possesses an eye for detail.
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, solo and in a team.
- Able to commit to after work hours or weekends at times, if required.
