Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester

1. The scope of Services for the One (1) Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester shall be as follows:

a) Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;

b) Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;

c) Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to quality standards;

d) Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including preparing test data when necessary;

g) Review test reports and results of the Authority’s appointed contractors for the Authority’s systems;

i) Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and recommend process optimisations and best practices; and

j) Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as scheduled.

2. The One (1) Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Tester or equivalent position and the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines would be preferred;

b) Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage;

c) Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal skills such as tactfulness, good presentation and listening skills;

d) Experience in the following would be advantageous:

i. Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA; and

ii. Testing for government public services.

e) Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic technical coaching and training for Abbott Ambassadors.
• Service Sales and Service Cost Management.
• Spare Parts and inventory management.
• Timely submitting and update reporting system (e.g. CMS Next).
• Comply to Abbott Quality and Regulatory Compliance and policies.
• Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology/ Bioengineering or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in Field Service Engineering from relevant industries such as diagnostics/medical device/ semiconductor etc.
• Willing to be on rotational standby after work hours/ work overtime to resolve urgent service issues.
• Successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders and lab staff.
• Excellent product and industry knowledge, experience and process skills of the business functions service delivery.
• Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues, technical expert for product line responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills, experience in use of analytical tools and software.
• Coaching and training skills.

Job Description:

• Oversees and manage the day-to-day operation of the Nursing Department, ensuring high standards of patients care and staff performance
• Manage and lead quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for the enhancement and implementing best practices
• Conducts training for staff and nurses on the quality improvement, new technologies and innovative care practices
• Supports Nursing in managing and administrate research grant, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, timelines, and budgets
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Supports Nursing in compliance to audits’ standards
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/ Engineering / Industrial Design/ Healthcare or equivalent
