We are now looking for a Captain Sommelier to join us in our service team.
Job Summary:
Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
Support hiring, training, and mentoring of staff; manage shift schedules; and foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the dining experience.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by resolving complaints, addressing feedback, and maintaining quality service.
Prepare the dining area, including setting tables according to fine dining standards, ensuring tableware is polished and arranged neatly.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
Engage with guests, responding to inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner.
Manage feedbacks and guests' requests professionally.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the restaurant meets all legal requirements.
Collaborate with the management team on promotions, events, and strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
