Sample and QC Process Management:

Responsibilities:

• Execute Agile methodology to streamline technical delivery, resulting in achieving all project milestones on time and within budget, improving overall project efficiency.

• Lead and manage the internal release and deployment team to ensure seamless application code deployment in SIT, UAT, and PROD environments.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• To optimise operations of the asset’s equipment and systems
• To identify, initiate and execute special projects to improve and enhance the asset’s operations
• To attend to tenancy matters such as tenants' requests, feedback and conduct inspection for the handing of and taking over of tenanted premises
• To negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts
• To plan and budget for the development’s operations and ensure that building works are carried out accordingly
• To ensure timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building and regulatory licenses
• To lead and supervise the Operations team which may include Senior/ Building Executives, and Senior/ Technicians
• To liaise with Government bodies/ Consultants/ Architects/ Contractors on building matters
• Identify, develop and review staff’s training needs, skills and develop staff’s potential for the M&E and Housekeeping Department

Key Qualifications

• Certified as Environmental Control Officers for Specified Premise
