KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

* Oversee inventory management; maximize stock turn through replenishment and stock transfer, as well as ensure inventory levels of product categories are controlled within the stock turn day given.

* Locate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.

* Responsible to ensure overall cost effective and efficient methods of stock movement.

* Execute overall management direction to ensure product orders are sufficient and on time to cater for business activities.

* Constantly review and improve inventory control protocols and processes to ensure proper system is in place to support the work and to ensure adherence to supply chain inventory standards.

* Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Management experience in retail chain stores.

Experience in WMS ERP system

Job Responsibilities

· Handle set up of new companies e.g. in Malaysia, Indonesia, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan or China etc overseas Asian Markets

· Frequent travel to Malaysia, Indonesia, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan or China etc overseas Asian Markets

• Whole group inventory control and intercompany inventory flow

· Monitor procurement, shipment and logistic management

Preferred Qualifications

§ Substantiate knowledge in company set-up, business license, suppliers and customers network, tax computation, custom duties, shipment Form E, suppliers, customers payment formalities, logistic and operation procedures etc in Malaysia, Indonesia, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan or China etc overseas Asian Markets.

§ Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Commerce etc. subjects

§ Over 20 years and above relevant working experience preferred

§ Exposure in operations of companies in overseas market

§ Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information effectively and confidentially

§ With inventory control software knowledge e.g SAP / Microsoft Dynamics etc

§ Proven leadership capabilities in managing remote teams

§ Possess good business partnering skills with stakeholders across different levels

§ Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§ Ability to thrive well in a complex and fast paced environment

§ An excellent command of both written and verbal in English is essential. Another Asian language as Vietnamese, Thailand, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese, Indonesian, Malay, Burmese is an advantage.

§ An applicant who has a strong affinity for accomplishing Company’s vision profoundly is essential.

§ Willing to work on Saturday

§ A team player and able to work independently.

§ Able to start work immediately or short notice period (within a month)
