Job Description:

• Register and verify patient information, explain the estimated charges and claims to allow the patient to select the appropriate ward type, and collect deposit payment.
• Coordinate the admission process from pre-admission screening to patient arriving at the assigned ward through collaborating with doctors and different departments
• Provide administrative support at day surgery centres, such as tracing surgery consent forms, posting charges for billing, scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Handle general and wayfinding enquiries from patients and visitors.

Requirements:

Job scope

Attend to the clients

Keep the centre in order, including replenishing of snacks

Send messages to our clients to remind them of their appointments

Assist the centre director with preparing PowerPoint presentations and logistics for the workshop

General administrative duties such as printing and filing

Expectation:

GEO O level or above

Pleasant disposition and people-oriented

Able to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint competently

Work closely with the centre director, the senior centre executive and the accountant
