Requirements:

• GCE “O” Level with 3+ passes (including English and Mother Tongue).
• 1+ year in front desk duty/customer service.
• MOE school experience is a plus.
• Pleasant personality and appearance.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and the internet.
• Can operate office equipment (faxes, photocopiers, printers).

Scope of works

• Answer calls within 3 rings.
• Manage the frontline counter for queries.
• Handle and distribute incoming mail.
• Attend to goods deliveries.
• Assist students leaving early or in Sick Bay.
• Oversee general housekeeping of the office.
• Arrange temporary storage for received items.
• Assist with lost & found items.
• Provide admin support to school leaders and staff.
• Perform data entry and faxing.
• Assist admin managers with tasks.
• Complete other assigned duties.
