RESPONSIBILITY

The role and responsibilities of the Receptionist cum Admin Executive involve meeting and greeting clients, as well as screening calls before directing to staff. · Ensure that phone call enquiries are promptly answered.

· Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing the calls, as necessary.

· Taking down phone numbers of the enquiries and allocating them to the sales consultants to follow up.
