Job Scope:
• Manning of General office counter during school office hours
• Provide support in administrative work that include simple sorting of documents, filing and data entry
• Render first aid to injured students coming to the General office
• Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Manager and school leaders.
Working Arrangement:
Location: Admiralty
Working Hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Dec 2025
Salary:
$2390/Month (1 Jul 2024 -30 Jun 2025)
$2580/Month (1 Jul 2025 to 31 Dec 2025)
Job Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in similar receptionist or counter jobs, with experience working in a Primary school context.
• Basic knowledge in computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• GCE O Level Certification
