Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial closing activities
• In charge of daily and monthly issuance of sales tax invoices, receipt function, payment function, journal entry preparation and etc
• Ensure that vendor invoices, sales invoices, payments, receipts, accruals and other relevant month end journals are posted accurately into the accounting system
• Verify staff claims
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reports on project cash flows, debtors list, treasury reports, progress claims receivables report
• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Ensure proper filing of business correspondences and documents

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy
• Min. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting
• Strong accounting knowledge, especially with accounting double entries
• Highly motivated, independent and hardworking individual who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Degree in Marketing Architecture
• At least 6 years experience in concept and design development
• Experience in large scale luxury 5-star hospitality/retail/mixed-use projects (local projects preferred)
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• BOA Registered Architects will have an advantage
• GMP or GMFP certification will be an advantage
