• Identify and implement IT improvements to enhance productivity, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Devise and implement a comprehensive IAM framework encompassing identity management, access control, and privileged access management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technology teams to ensure adherence to IAM policies and procedures, encompassing user access management, identity verification, and security controls.
• Oversee the implementation of an effective IAM toolset such as SailPoint.
• Ensure the application of relevant controls, including reviewing end-users' system access requests, granting appropriate provisioning, timely de-provisioning, and conducting periodic reviews to prevent unauthorized access.
• Review and assess user access matrices (UAM) for respective systems, collaborating with IT system owners to ensure proper segregation of duties within the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT Governance and Control functions.
• Knowledge in Identity Access Management (IAM) and IT Auditing.
• Serve as a recognized authority in Identity Access Management, particularly in the management of system and user access controls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in recognizing process risks and devising effective control mechanisms to ensure the efficacy of implemented controls.
• Display comprehensive technical and functional expertise in relevant regulatory and compliance standards, with a proven track record of translating legal and regulatory guidance into practical solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels, fostering cooperation between headquarters, APAC branches, and teams in Singapore.
• Possess a proficient understanding of pertinent industry standards and stay abreast of industry developments and product innovations.
• Exhibit the ability to identify, analyze, and clearly communicate operational risks within processes.
• Possess a solid comprehension of both System Development and Operational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in IT strategies including application system (Navision), and infrastructure to support the Business Unit.
• Analyze, design, program, test, document and maintain IT systems or applications which align with business needs by using SQL script/other software tools.
• Responsible to ensure the accuracy of all necessary analysis tools and report that provide to management for analysis in optimal decision-making.
• Administer the launching of new frontend or backend systems, IT relevant projects, resources and vendor management.
• To ensure that the communication links between the various offices and stores are in optimal working condition, including maintaining and managing an effective fault reporting system.
• To maintain and ensure system security and data integrity.
• Maintenance of all software and IT related warranty and licenses used by the company.
• Administer and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure on routers, wireless AP, IP Phone and firewall.
• Ensure that all networks (including internet and wireless), systems, security and application infrastructure are running efficiently.
• Implement change requests and application enhancement to the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Possess min Diploma or Degree
• Possess minimum 3-5 years of experience in the NAVISION and ERP applications and systems
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
