• Work/ liaise with other corporate and business departments on revenue and cost allocations/ recoveries for profit/ cost centres reporting
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity is maintained for operations and funds are placed in accordance with corporate policies
• Work with Finance share services to ensure revenue billings and payments of invoices are promptly processed and accurately recorded
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Process business transactions and reports using information technology tools

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector
• Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I)
• Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Excel and Power point
• Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, SAP, Yardi will be viewed favourably
