What you will be working on
Grants Governance:
• To work on matters that may be assigned to strengthen grants policies and governance within SSG and whole-of-government
• To understand requirements on grants governance, propose appropriate approach and measurements to obtain the required data
• To work with WOG agencies and SSG divisions to carry out the data collection plan
• To collate WOG agencies’ returns and prepare sector reporting to the management
• To streamline data collection plan with SSG’s annual CET grants call
What we are looking for
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in public sector is preferred, but applicants without the required experience are welcome to apply
• Good project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good understanding of funding policies and concepts are preferred, but not necessary
• Familiarity with governance issues, risk management and compliance matters are preferred, but not necessary
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good with details, meticulous and systematic
• Independent and self-motivated, enjoy variety and new challenges, and able to work well in a team
